We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Tech to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Patient Care Tech, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living needs, including monitoring and reading vital signs, drawing blood, and obtaining EKGs.
- Respond to patient requests in a timely and respectful manner, safeguarding patient confidentiality and monitoring patient safety.
- Float between two units, Bigelow 9 General Medicine and Bigelow 13 RACU, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to promote a safe and conscientious patient care environment.
- Shift differential for evening, nights, and weekends.
