Bosch Rexroth is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Service department in the entire cycle of customer repair orders, from order creation to on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain positive long-term relationships with customers
  • Issue RGA numbers and calculate pricing for quotations
  • Determine material availability and lead time
  • Create quotations and ship products for order repair
  • Execute, track, and manage repair/warranty-requested orders
  • Review department dashboard to identify and resolve issues related to stagnated orders
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 3+ years customer-facing work experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
  • Experience working within an ERP system (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills
