Job Summary:

As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist at Aerotek, you will play a vital role in coordinating and tracking inbound and outbound orders. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in verifying BOLs and other paperwork, utilizing Google Sheets and other computer systems, and communicating with drivers and floor workers. You will also be responsible for assigning dock doors and performing other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track inbound and outbound orders

Verify BOLs and other paperwork

Utilize Google Sheets, Outlook, and other computer systems

Communicate with drivers and floor workers

Assign dock doors

Requirements:

Shipping/Receiving experience

WMS (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Red Prairie, etc.) knowledge

Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) skills

Customer Service skills
