Required Skills and Experience
Active Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
8+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in Process Improvement
Proven track record of managing 5+ healthcare projects concurrently
Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Minitab
Background in the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control)
