Job Overview

As a key member of the ES Foundry team, the Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and enhancing plant efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to support manufacturing operations, leveraging a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Lead projects aimed at reducing costs, optimizing processes, and introducing new products or technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for customers on equipment or operational changes.
  • Stay informed about contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project scope.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, driving flexible automation and manual equipment enhancements.
  • Develop troubleshooting guides for maintenance and operations personnel, deploying effective solutions in the plant.
  • Apply data analysis, experimentation, and collaboration with subject matter experts to resolve process issues.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to processes and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Identify chronic issues and propose corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop, update, and maintain engineering and operations documentation.
  • Manage document control, receive and log new issue drawings, and maintain a document control log.
  • Promote safety initiatives, collaborating with the EHS team to minimize incident risk.
  • Act as a change agent, driving cross-functional efforts to implement change.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports to track progress and drive action on plant improvements.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Material Science & Engineering.
  • Fresh graduate or recent graduate.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical approach.
  • Proven technical acumen.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all management levels and other business units.
