Job Summary:

  • The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in driving production efficiency, implementing process improvements, and leading major capital projects in a multi-plant manufacturing environment. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, using technical expertise to support production, and managing the deployment of solutions on the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive production efficiency and implement process improvements to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
  • Lead major capital projects in a multi-plant manufacturing environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Utilize technical expertise to support production, providing solutions to manufacturing floor challenges.
  • Manage the deployment of solutions on the manufacturing floor, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting with hands-on CNC exposure.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, especially AutoCAD and Inventor.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities to collaborate across all staff levels.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Proactive approach with effective deadline management.
