Position Overview

We're recruiting for a Business Process Improvement Consultant who will lead projects to streamline and simplify business processes, corporate action management, benchmarking and program metrics, data management, surveys, and business reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Support strategic policy assessments and program development.
  • Prepare briefings and related materials for reporting to leadership across the Sponsor's enterprise.
  • Coordinate among disparate projects and government teams to drive quality outcomes and facilitate technical progress toward the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Experience with AGILE methodologies to work with project team Scrum Masters to track strategy implementation progress and provide office leadership with options that leverage industry-leading practices for establishing lean agile approaches.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business process improvement related discipline.
  • Experience coordinating and integrating disparate projects across multiple government teams.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills sufficient for responses to corporate actions, substantive research topics, and issues to a wide range of technical and non-technical customers, co-workers, and managers.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work requirements by continuously evaluating the needs of the organization's mission against ongoing work and planning/scheduling their own work and that of the unit.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
