As a Customer Support Specialist at DynamiX, you will be the primary point of contact for client needs, helping to educate clients on our CMS platform and keep them updated on internal initiatives.

You will forge long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the project scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers post-launch.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the project scope.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and improve their projects.
  • Keep timely contact with clients through regular communication.
  • Manage ongoing support for retainer and non-retainer clients.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our CMS platform.
Requirements
