Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers post-launch.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the project scope.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and improve their projects.
  • Keep timely contact with clients through regular communication.
  • Manage ongoing support for retainer and non-retainer clients.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our CMS platform.
Requirements
