We are seeking a remote-based Product Marketing Manager to collaborate with our diverse team of dedicated software marketers in enhancing and executing our software messaging and communication strategies.


Your role will involve spearheading our communication initiatives and fortifying our multi-channel communication strategies to deliver effective marketing programs, digital campaigns, and sales support activities, thereby increasing customer engagement to foster ongoing growth.


The ideal candidate will assist in developing, maintaining, and supporting our go-to-market strategy for chromatography and mass spectrometry software.

You will refine our current marketing channels through data analysis and apply contemporary marketing practices to enhance brand visibility and provide an exceptional customer experience.


This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Europe or within the Central or Eastern time zones in the USA. Some international travel, up to 25% of your working time, will be necessary, including overnight stays.



Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product, Vertical, Services & Support, and Divisional Marketing teams to develop and implement marketing plans at the Business Unit level.
- Contribute to the development of our digital portfolio vision and present it to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to stimulate demand for products through digital marketing and promotional efforts.
- Work closely with the eBusiness team to enhance our online presence, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO to boost engagement and improve customer experience.
- Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Drive social media marketing efforts to cultivate a distinct online presence and increase follower engagement.
- Align digital marketing placements and promotional activities to continuously enhance impact and reach.
- Actively seek and support customer feedback as an integral part of marketing initiatives.
- Participate in special projects aligned with Business Unit objectives and strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or communications with a proven record of successful communication strategy development.
- Strong grasp of modern marketing practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail with robust organizational and execution capabilities.
- Passionate about achieving results while enhancing customer focus and experience.
- Effective relationship-building skills; a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written, interpersonal, and verbal communication.
- Fluency in English.
- Self-motivated and accustomed to working remotely towards ambitious goals within a diverse, international team.
- Enjoys collaboration and interaction with colleagues.

- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of customer needs and target segments for scientific software in the biopharmaceutical and/or omics sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of market drivers and applications in related fields (pharmaceutical, chemical/petrochemical, environmental, food/beverage).
- Familiarity with compliance and data integrity requirements for regulated markets.
- Knowledge of informatics software (e.g., LIMS).
- Strong project management capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $113,500.00–$170,200.00.


This role may also qualify for a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance in accordance with company policy.
