Responsibilities:
- Service Coordination: Oversee the service during private dining functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Service Supervision: Direct and supervise all aspects of the service, including catering procedures, dining room setup, and banquet service staff management.
- Event Planning: Plan, design, and produce events, managing all project delivery elements within time limits, while liaising with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Sales: Conduct market research, gather information, and negotiate contracts prior to closing deals, utilizing sales skills to build productive business relationships.
- Communication and Feedback: Provide feedback and periodic reports to management, ensuring open communication and transparency throughout the organization.
Requirements:
