About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lexington, KY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and execution of geotechnical engineering services across Kentucky and neighboring states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and synthesize intricate geotechnical laboratory test results and field data.
  • Apply robust geotechnical engineering principles to perform analyses for shallow foundations, deep foundations, slope stability, and settlement.
  • Regularly communicate with subcontractors and external clients.
  • Write reports, prepare proposals, and actively participate in marketing and business development pursuits.
  • Lead by example, actively supporting internal policies and practices, including health and safety, risk management, project management, and quality management.
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Actively participate in professional organizations to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil or geotechnical engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience in geotechnical engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
