As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and client objectives.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to junior staff members.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and deliver results that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in civil, structural, geotechnical, or mechanical engineering, with a focus on hydroelectric, fish passage, dam safety, or water resource projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and best practices.
