Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to champion our products and drive go-to-market strategies that generate interest, accelerate pipeline, and drive product success. This role requires close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure prospects and customers see the value of our product and can easily achieve their use cases and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, refining product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to resonate with our target audiences.
  • Work with the product team to inform feature input and roadmap development, managing and supporting release launches to differentiate our product in the market.
  • Create short and long-form content that conveys the unique value propositions and benefits of our product, generating leads and driving sales.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, such as training videos, cheat sheets, pitch decks, and one-pagers, to ensure sales team success.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights, informing product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build relationships and work directly with customers to foster advocacy, customer content, and inform product roadmap.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in the ITSM field as an IT consultant or as a product manager/product marketing manager for a software vendor.
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with internal and external team members.
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.
  • Professional-level English, spoken and written; fluency in French or German is a plus.
  • BSc/MSc in engineering, marketing, or business.
