Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to generate interest, accelerate pipeline, and drive product success.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure prospects and customers understand the value of our products and can easily achieve their use cases and goals.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Build relationships with customers to foster advocacy, customer content, and inform product roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials to ensure sales team success.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in the ITSM field as an IT consultant or as a product manager/product marketing manager for a software vendor.
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external team members.
  • Professional-level English, spoken and written; fluency in French or German is a plus.
  • BSc/MSc in engineering, marketing, or business.
