Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development/Sales Representative to join our team at WHC Worldwide, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our services and client base in the transportation industry.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per year

- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to enhance service utilization among brokers, group travel coordinators, and government entities
- Forge and maintain relationships with key industry brokers, travel organizers, and government officials to facilitate partnership opportunities and contract acquisitions
- Collaborate with the business development team to design and deploy targeted RFPs and sales pitches tailored for group and institutional clients
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, assess competitor strategies, and identify emerging opportunities
- Manage sales processes from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring alignment with zTrip's strategic goals and operational capacities
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the transportation sector
- Demonstrable success in managing sales initiatives and partnerships within the transportation industry
- Strong networking skills, particularly in dealing with brokers, group sales, and government agencies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for persuasive presentations
