Jira Developer

We are seeking a skilled Jira Developer to join our team at Insight Global. As a Jira Developer, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields to meet business requirements.

• Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom Jira plugins and scripts using SIL Programming and Groovy scripting.
• Implement and manage Automation for Jira to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Integrate Jira with other tools and systems to streamline processes.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence REST APIs and webhooks for integrations and automation.
• Write SQL queries to query Jira tables in Postgres SQL.
• Experience with GitLab.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configurations and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Maintain documentation for Jira configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest Jira features and updates to leverage new functionalities.
