We are seeking a dedicated professional to engage with third parties to verify that modifications to Vendor/Customer records are authentic and legitimate, rather than fraudulent. This role entails conducting thorough research utilizing online resources and internal databases, as well as making calls to third parties for verbal confirmations to validate requests. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills and demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new computer systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as there will be significant interaction with both internal and external stakeholders. While this position requires a 40-hour work week, the candidate is expected to be present in the office at least three days a week to align with team members' schedules. The remaining two days may be worked remotely.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- A degree is not mandatory, but strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required.

- Capability to adhere to instructions and scripts
- Ability to work independently, with proper training provided
