Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Kansas City Downtown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales and marketing strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market share.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key group and catering accounts to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
  • Represent the hotel at industry trade shows and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with potential customers
  • Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan that meets and exceeds revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the director of sales and marketing to plan and compile the department budget

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
