Job Overview:

ATR International is looking for a Clinical and Health - Scientist I to join our dynamic team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to our operations in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute complex organic synthesis tasks in a high-energy production setting.
- Adhere to manufacturing schedules, ensuring precise execution of work orders while upholding safety and quality standards.
- Analyze and interpret scientific data from previous manufacturing records, collaborating with experienced personnel to identify optimal methods for new projects.
- Conduct thorough assessments of raw materials, intermediates, and final products to meet quality assurance requirements.
- Identify and report manufacturing challenges, working with senior staff to implement necessary adjustments to processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of all manufacturing activities, utilizing Master Batch Records and other essential documentation.
- Ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods through diligent transaction management in enterprise systems.
- Prioritize safety for oneself and colleagues by following departmental protocols related to equipment operation, chemical handling, and waste management.

Candidate Qualifications:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Practical experience in organic synthesis and problem-solving.
- Proven expertise in laboratory techniques related to organic synthesis (e.g., inert atmosphere, distillation, extraction, liquid chromatography, TLC).
- Familiarity with analytical methods for monitoring chemistry processes and assessing product quality (e.g., HPLC, NMR, UV-Vis, pH).

Skills and Competencies:
- A solid understanding of fundamental reaction mechanisms and chemical reactivity.
- Strong technical writing abilities to document synthetic methodologies clearly and concisely.
- Adaptability and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in challenging situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective organizational and time management capabilities.
