- Conduct thorough evaluations of raw materials, intermediates, and final products in line with manufacturing and quality assurance specifications.
- Identify and report any manufacturing challenges or process failures that hinder expected outcomes, working closely with senior team members to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation of all manufacturing activities through Master Batch Records and other necessary paperwork.
- Ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods by executing flawless transactions in enterprise resource planning systems.
- Prioritize personal and team safety, strictly following all departmental policies and guidelines regarding equipment operation, chemical handling, and waste management.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Practical experience in organic synthesis and problem-solving.
- Proven expertise in laboratory techniques related to organic synthesis (e.g., inert atmosphere, distillation, extraction, liquid chromatography, TLC).
- Familiarity with standard analytical methods for monitoring and troubleshooting chemical processes and assessing product quality (e.g., HPLC, NMR, UV-Vis, pH).

Skills and Attributes:
- A solid understanding of fundamental reaction mechanisms and chemical reactivity.
- Excellent technical writing abilities, with a knack for clearly documenting synthetic methodologies.
