Lead Application Architect - Data Insights

  • Utilize your knowledge as a Lead Application Architect at Gainwell, where we harness technology to enhance healthcare results for underserved communities.
  • Facilitate essential analytics, report creation, and data integration tasks for Gainwell Technologies' Data Analytics services.
  • Work closely with clients to generate reports, interpret data, and establish data specifications.
  • Enhance processes by identifying best practices and providing actionable recommendations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with analysts and engineers to deploy solutions and assess model performance.
  • Construct intricate data sets utilizing SQL, Python, Spark, and SSRS.
  • Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
  • Encourage broader utilization of analytics throughout the organization.
  • Engage in data science initiatives aimed at improving healthcare outcomes.
  • Design and validate Machine Learning/Statistical models to foster product innovation.

Qualifications

  • Experience with medical, institutional, and pharmacy claims data.
  • Capability to lead discussions and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in supporting data science initiatives.
  • Expertise in data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Databricks.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector with SQL, Python, R, SAS, and cloud technologies.
