Position Overview:

The Project Architect will oversee the comprehensive success of projects, focusing on client satisfaction and K2M's profitability. This role often serves as the primary contact for multiple projects, establishing project management strategies, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and managing resources effectively.

Primary Duties:
  • Ensure overall project performance aligns with profitability, budget, and timeline objectives.
  • Strategically plan projects by interpreting, organizing, scheduling, and managing all phases of development.
  • Implement processes to mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain project schedules, communicating effectively with clients and team members as milestones are achieved or adjusted.
  • Oversee project resourcing, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adequate staffing.
  • Coordinate design teams, facilitating kickoff, milestone, and progress meetings to adhere to project timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress.
  • Supervise and guide design teams to ensure compliance with established specifications, scope, and building codes.
  • Maintain positive and productive client relationships, representing K2M with professionalism.
  • Act as a mentor within K2M, promoting the professional growth of junior staff through coaching and constructive feedback.
