Role Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide dedicated support to the department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, maintaining databases, and organizing meetings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing departmental communications, and handling requests from team members.
  2. Database Management: Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting by maintaining and updating departmental databases.
  3. Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports in line with departmental needs.
  4. Liaison: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between departments.
  5. Meetings: Organize and coordinate departmental meetings.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Data Entry: Familiarity with data entry and database management systems.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
