About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced administrative professional to join our team at RemX in Old Bridge. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our team and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

Key Tasks:

  • Data entry and processing of vendor invoices and customer invoices
  • Running reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Organizing receipts, scanning, and filing documents
  • Providing administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Sage 50 (formerly Peachtree) is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
