Job Description

ITW Pro Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-10 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
