Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Representative will provide in-store support to Husqvarna retailers and dealers, focusing on merchandising, product setup, marketing initiatives, sales training, and customer events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide store-level support for sales programs, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with store managers and associates, becoming the go-to person for field-level escalations.
  • Monitor and report on store inventory levels, ensuring products are presentable at all times.
  • Perform product sales training, demonstrations, and equipment setup.
  • Represent Husqvarna at trade shows, open houses, and customer appreciation events.
  • Assist Territory Managers and National Account Managers with retail and dealer activities.
  • Gather and analyze market data to implement tactical and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to work extended hours and travel extensively, with possible weekends during peak spring events.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
  • CRM data management experience preferred.
