Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for providing in-store support to Husqvarna retailers and dealers, including merchandising, product setup, marketing initiatives, sales training, and customer events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide store-level support for sales programs, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with store managers and associates, and become the go-to person for field-level escalations.
  • Monitor and report on store inventory levels, and provide feedback on suggested improvements to merchandising and store assortments.
  • Build and maintain merchandising displays, arrange point-of-purchase materials, and ensure ongoing planogram compliance.
  • Perform product sales training, and demonstrate equipment and provide product application learning opportunities.
  • Represent Husqvarna at trade shows, open houses, customer appreciation events, and other events.
  • Assist local Territory Managers and National Account Managers with specific retail and dealer activities.
  • Gather, analyze, and present solutions based on market data and competition.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work extended hours and travel extensively, with possible weekends during peak spring events.
  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs up to 5 days per week.
  • Prior experience in industries with dramatic growth and volume in sales, such as appliance, agricultural equipment, power tool, electronics, consumer durables, construction equipment, and/or power sports businesses.
