Healthcare Integration Specialist

Note: This role involves significant overnight travel, potentially up to 95% of the time, from Monday to Friday. This is a remote position focused on customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install operating room integration systems, which includes the physical setup of equipment, cable installation, termination, software configuration, and comprehensive testing.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, STERIS personnel, customers, and hospital staff to ensure successful installations.
- Provide training to customers on system operations.
- Manage personal travel arrangements to job sites using the company travel portal.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with at least two years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, plus one year of applicable experience.
- Proficient in personal computers, video technology, cabling, and networking.
- Experience with low voltage systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical troubleshooting capabilities along with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic and eager to learn new skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively as needed.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Must meet hospital/customer credentialing requirements.

Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $47,000 - $65,625, with minimum pay rates adhering to local regulations.
