Role Overview
As a Healthcare Client Relations Specialist, you will leverage your healthcare knowledge to provide essential support to clients navigating complex medical conditions. Your expertise in problem-solving and customer service will significantly influence our clients' experiences, ensuring they receive top-tier care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Proactively assess and support clients' healthcare needs through direct communication, ensuring personalized and timely assistance.
- Collaborate with clinicians and researchers as an integral member of the client's care team, utilizing PHM's resources to deliver effective care solutions.
- Initiate client engagements, setting a positive tone from the welcome communication through to the completion of registration.
- Coordinate scheduling and billing support by liaising with physician offices and arranging services, including concierge nursing and molecular profiling.
- Oversee all aspects of client meetings, ensuring thorough follow-up and completion of action items.
- Partner with researchers to evaluate clinical trial eligibility and facilitate enrollment processes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of professional care coordination experience in a complex environment, with a preference for experience in cancer care coordination.
- Exceptional customer service skills, characterized by a professional demeanor and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- A strong ethical foundation and personal integrity, with a proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- High adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- A positive, energetic, and client-focused attitude, consistently bringing innovative ideas and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency with technology.
- A college degree (BA or BS) is strongly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The target base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000. This salary is part of a comprehensive compensation package that includes health, dental, and vision benefits, a 401k plan with matching contributions, stock options, paid time off, and additional benefits.
Remote Work
This position is remote, and candidates must reside in states where PHM operates.
