- 4 years of education beyond high school from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, OR
- A combination of experience and education that collectively meets 100% of the qualification requirements.
Calculation of Qualifications: To determine the percentage of experience and education that fulfills the qualification criteria, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours by 60. Add the two percentages together.
Experience encompasses both paid and unpaid work, including volunteer activities.
