JOB REQUIREMENTS: DSI Real Estate Group located in Madison Wisconsin, is seeking a customer-centric individual to join our team as anAdministrative Specialist Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performing day-to-day administrative duties, including clerical, reception & project-based work Answering all calls to the main phone line, and routing them to the appropriate person Recording lead and advertising information Greeting incoming visitors and guests Maintaining reception area, kitchen, and conference rooms Preparing and maintaining leases, as requested Maintaining office supplies, and office equipment Processing applicants, as directed. The successful candidate will have: High School Diploma or GED Two years of administrative work experience; preferably in real estate or property management Excellent writing and communication skills Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and a general knowledge of Adobe In-Design Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities. Attention-to-detail. Strong sense of professionalism with the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
