Area Teller Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Area Teller Specialist to join our team at Associated Bank NA. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide fast, friendly, and personalized customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all required policies and procedures.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs, promoting current offers, and referring customers to other colleagues for assistance with financial solutions.
- Perform teller duties as needed, including customer banking transactions, identifying and servicing customer needs, and resolving issues.
- Assist in coordinating teller operations, sharing product and service promotions, and answering customer questions to ensure satisfaction and safety.
- High School or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4 years of Teller (or equivalent cash handling) experience required.
- Strong customer service and operations skills required.
- Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable by start date.
