New Product Initiatives Leader

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a dedicated Product Development Project Manager to oversee the management of new product initiatives within our internal manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and exceptional communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate the integration of new product lines
- Communicate essential project updates effectively
- Establish and refine best practice methodologies
- Gather Critical Requirements, Tooling, Prototypes, PTR, and oversee Production Launch
- Generate cost assessments and finalize BOMs and Routes
- Represent projects in cross-departmental meetings
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing team for production tooling
- Maintain timelines and project tracking systems
- Assist Senior Project Managers
- Oversee inventory assets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
- Team-oriented with training or experience in statistical process analysis
- Ability to comprehend and produce technical manufacturing documentation
