  • Competitive compensation with a shift differential of 6%-8% for applicable hours worked.

  • Full-time positions with 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment, including fillers, labelers, and palletizers.
  • Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, and production metrics.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and participate in safety observation programs.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to efficiency and production.
  • Conduct hourly quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
  • Inspect raw materials prior to loading to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members from various departments during scheduled meetings.
  • Continuously improve line operations and cross-train in other areas to support overall operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in clean manufacturing is preferred.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including start-up and handover meetings.
  • Experience in high-speed production and basic maintenance is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft applications; SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Forklift experience is preferred, but training is available for new associates.
