About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Smart City Locating. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our customers across various channels, including social media, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a social media or marketing capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Google G-Suite and CRM tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
