Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance overall project performance and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Develop effective project plans, including risk management and value engineering strategies.
  • Communicate expectations clearly to project teams and hold them accountable.
  • Mentor junior project staff, including Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, including owners, engineers, and inspectors.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate documentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation to support decision-making.
  • Oversee project budgets, including expense approvals and financial tracking.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
