Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance overall project performance and outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are completed within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Implement effective tactical planning, including project phasing and risk management.
  • Develop strategies for optimal project execution, focusing on quality assurance and workflow management.
  • Communicate clear expectations to project staff and hold them accountable.
  • Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers.
  • Collaborate with project owners, engineers, and inspectors to foster strong working relationships.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Create and manage project schedules, track progress, and coordinate activities across teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports and change orders.
  • Manage project budgets, overseeing expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Work closely with superintendents and foremen to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Facilitate coordination between project teams to procure necessary materials and services.

  • Monitor project progress and prepare monthly payment requests based on completed work.
