About the Role

Tidewater, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Accounting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our contracts and accounting department, you will be responsible for assisting with various functions related to contracts, subcontracts, data storage, and accounting/finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with contract administration, including contract review, negotiation, and execution
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Prepare and input financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency in contracts and accounting departments
  • Assist with the creation of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and responses to requests for proposals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as the System for Award Management
