About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Strategic Lead to join our team at Redwood Living Inc. As the Human Resources Strategic Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives. You will oversee all aspects of HR strategy, including talent management, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations and build trust with employees at all levels. They will also possess a thorough understanding of employment law and regulations, ensuring that company policies comply with legal standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management staff concerning employee performance issues, including corrective actions, suspensions, performance improvement plans, or separations.
  • Prepare HR communications related to internal protocols, process changes, new enhanced services, etc.
  • Assess training needs for the E/R function and curate resources, workshops, toolkits, and job aids for education opportunities.
  • HR administrator of the national employee handbook and supporting state supplements.
  • Collaborate with management and/or the Legal department concerning organizational restructuring and planning.
  • Ensure multi-state compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare position-specific employment agreements, severance agreements, NDAs, and similar documents.
