About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Workday Recruiting Space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and processes, as well as strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C++. Proficiency in using Workday and other related software is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new and enhance existing Workday integrations with 3rd party systems using Workday technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
  • Implement effective and innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Actively contribute to improving development processes and best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in the Workday Recruiting space.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and processes.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C++.
  • Proficient in using Workday and other related software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and excellent debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
