Job Summary:

PacifiCorp is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Administrator to support the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) Apprentice Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering the program, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing administrative support to departments and committees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer the T&D Apprentice Program, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including registration, cancellation, and reporting of apprenticeships.
  • Provide administrative support to departments and committees, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking inventory.
  • Develop and maintain training program curriculum, materials, and tools, ensuring compliance with T&D training requirements.
  • Facilitate technical training, progression programs, or apprenticeship programs, and provide support for new hire pre-apprentice assessments.
  • Manage internal or external software used for tracking training and progression, and ensure proper record-keeping and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, electrical engineering, or a journeyman level license or certification in one of the covered crafts.
  • Experience in a professional setting, presenting or preparing materials or trainings for others.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop a rapport with different audiences.
  • Proficient with the use of personal computers using Microsoft Office Suite, including spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous field or administrative experience supporting field-based T&D operations.
