Office Coordinator

We are seeking an administrative support specialist to join our team at our Clearwater, FL location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling customer inquiries. They will also provide administrative support to our team members as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Answer phones and route incoming calls to the appropriate team member
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
Requirements:
- 1-year previous administrative experience
- Knowledge of general office duties and clerical tasks
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Applications or Google Suite
- Accurate and concise typing skills
Compensation:
- A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
