Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Metzingen. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store operations, managing our team, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our store management team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage our store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  3. Manage and motivate our team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  4. Work closely with our store management team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
