Job Title: HVAC Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Branch Manager to join our team at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, including managing a team of service and installation technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of service and installation technicians to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits for the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a professional image for the business.
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow up with the permitting process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High EQ and people-first leadership style, with a focus on developing and retaining a high-performing team.
