As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating care, providing direct patient care, and evaluating the effectiveness of nursing interventions.
Responsibilities- Coordinate care for children ages birth to eight years old in a developmentally appropriate center-based setting
- Provide direct patient care as needed, collaborating with physicians to improve patient outcomes
- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing interventions, contributing to nursing education and professional development of staff
- Active FL RN License
- Two years of pediatric nursing experience within the last 5 years
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification (can be obtained during orientation)
- Management experience preferred but not required
