We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Management Analyst to join our team at Bastion Technologies. As a key member of our Integrated Support Contract, you will play a critical role in managing risks and issues, working closely with stakeholders to identify, document, analyze, mitigate, and close risks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk handling methods and techniques to mitigate potential threats.
- Prepare and present risk assessments and metrics to leadership, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to compile risks, create mitigation plans, and promote proactive risk management.
- Analyze complex situations and data to inform risk-based decisions, leveraging knowledge of organizational objectives and policies.
- Categorize risks within cost, planning, schedule, and performance criteria to ensure effective risk management.
- Perform other duties, tasks, and assignments as required by management, including supporting Deputy Risk Manager.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, STEM, project management, risk management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of recent and related work experience, or 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- A Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate as part of a geographically disbursed team.
- Knowledge of project management and working within a project environment.
- Active Risk Manager (ARM), Project Management, PMI Risk Management Professional (RMP), or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Knowledge of program management, supply chains, logistics, compliance, and safety.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with a requirement to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
- This position offers a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
- This position may require some travel (car/air).
