Total Rewards and Shared Services Director

As our Total Rewards and Shared Services Director, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing our total rewards strategy and shared services programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports our organization's business goals, values, and culture.
  • Design and manage our compensation programs, including job architecture, salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Lead the HR shared services strategy aligned with business objectives involving process, technology, and a culture of high-touch service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Implement and manage employee recognition and rewards programs that motivate and reward employees for their contributions.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making and program enhancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement total rewards programs that support business goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
