Director of Total Rewards and Shared Services

As our Total Rewards and Shared Services Director, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing our total rewards strategy and shared services programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports our organization's business goals, values, and culture.
- Design and manage our compensation programs, including job architecture, salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other voluntary benefits.
- Lead the HR shared services strategy aligned with business objectives involving process, technology, and a culture of high-touch service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Implement and manage employee recognition and rewards programs that motivate and reward employees for their contributions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making and program enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement total rewards programs that support business goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
