Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Analyst to join our team at Coffee and Bagel Brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the overall administration and advisement of the Company Benefits and Compensation Plans, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Open Enrollment preparation and execution
• Assist with overall Benefit Program design, negotiation, and administration
• Manage benefit administration through the HRIS (Workday) system
• Provide input with Compensation Plan design & review
• Complete Market Analysis and benchmarking for new and existing roles
• Process all equity compensation transactions, upload into the equity system, and prepare quarterly information for Executive Leadership and Board approval

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or a related field required
• 2 years' experience in benefits and compensation plans or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
• Advanced Excel knowledge required (V-Lookup, Array functions, Databases, multi-workbook data entry, etc.)
• Stock/Long Term Incentive Plan administration experience highly preferred

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$85,000, depending on experience and location, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, disability, life insurance, and more.
