Job Summary

The Associate Division Director of Behavioral Health Services is responsible for overseeing programs and services with a behavioral health component. This includes establishing models of practice, sustaining and expanding behavioral health services, and providing direct client care when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Supervise staff, track and manage program budgets, coordinate activities among community partners, and collaborate with the local Continuum of Care.
  • Behavioral Health Provision: Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, link program participants to long-term behavioral healthcare providers, and maintain records in accordance with regulations and professional requirements.
  • Grant Management: Oversee multiple grant agreements, ensure compliance with grant commitments, and provide supportive case management, housing stabilization, and temporary financial assistance to program participants.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Licensure: Active LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent licensure in the State of Colorado.
  • Experience: Demonstrated pursuit, award, and continued/successful maintenance of private, local, state, and federal grants or contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Grant Writing: Demonstrated grant writing abilities.
  • Financial Management: Demonstrated abilities in effectively managing program grant agreements, contracts, and finances.
