Senior Warehouse Operations Manager

Fullscript is a leading national distributor of health products to healthcare practitioners and their patients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in Colonial Heights, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall management and effectiveness of distribution center operations, ensuring seamless execution of customer and internal business needs.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of supervisors, fostering a culture of teamwork, cooperation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to drive business objectives, monitor and assist supervisors with daily warehouse operations, and ensure work areas are safe and employees follow proper work procedures.
  • Administer corrective action when guidelines are not followed, maintain time and attendance data, and respond to emergencies in a managerial and technical capacity.
  • Drive company and department initiatives, ensuring all key performance indicators are met or exceeded, and manage all facets of the Warehouse Management System to ensure data integrity and smooth operational processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years of effectively leading teams of 40 or more, including hiring, documentation, termination, training, and acting as an effective change agent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a thorough understanding of warehouse and distribution center procedures and concepts.
  • Ability to make difficult decisions, solve problems, prioritize assignments, generate and utilize reports, and manage projects.
  • Advanced experience with ERP & WMS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
  • Prior experience of 1-3 years in directing internal and external sanitation processes.
